Little Black (Permissions) Book

[rereremembered]

Fitz keeps a little black book containing info on everyone in Taxon, because he's a creeper stalker preparing for when the Doctor eventually arrives and will need these details to assemble a crack team of heroes to escape this damn place. He spends a lot of time going over tablet broadcasts and piecing together what everyone's doing, what their skills are, anything extraordinary. Also their social circles because he's a creeper-stalker ingrained social networks are handy.

Basic deets he has on everyone: name as displayed on the map, date of arrival (if he was there for it), brief description of notable physical traits.

More in depth deets he might have learned: aka why this is a permissions post. Note he will ONLY learn this stuff via un-locked transmissions and personal contact; if you haven't threaded with Fitz but want him to know something we can handwave a visit to the pub (or whatever).
ORIGIN: where and when a person is from
SPECIES: if someone is publicly non-human
SKILLS: hobbies, occupations, ~magical abilities~, what folks are good at
CRISIS MANAGEMENT: notes on how people deal when the city goes barmy, Fitz has been around April-September 2010 and February 2011-present, and while his first LBB is gone he still remembers a few things
SOCIAL: who they associate with/relationships; this can be full of rumors, lies, and accidentally stumbled-upon truths because Fitz has a wild imagination
MISCELLANEOUS: any random tidbits which mgiht catch his attention, like their favorite drink or significant individual glitches

-- involved with DG, she might be is probably shagging him (WHY????)
* - "given his brain back" via glitch in July, still has it three weeks two months as of October (VERY VERY WEIRD, glitches usually only days/weeks long)

Arrival Date: Exactly what it says on the tin.
Notable Trait: Most prominent physical trait or personality quirk.

Origin: Earth, 1984, San Francisco but has also mentioned being from China
Species: [fronting as] Humaaaannnn but it's possible for people to have suspicions ICly because of the various slightly weird things about Long physically. Also there have been a couple of unlocked transmissions showing Long displaying superhuman strength.
If Fitz has suspicions regarding the dragon thing since he both speaks Chinese and was in Taxon for the dragon glitch, it totally makes sense to me. YOUR CALL BB.
Skills: First and foremost, he's obviously a huge languages geek and has implied at least once that he's fluent in all native-to-Earth languages, which is a slightly preposterous claim on the surface.
Aside from that, seems conversant in history and philosophy, and very curious about the times and worlds of others. Also, the aforementioned strength.
Crisis Management: Long has not publicly done much in the scarier crises, seeming to focus on hunkering down and letting the storm blow out. He does seem to keep his calm. Although there is that one weird broadcast back during zombies!!! of him naked and beating a zombie to pulp against a steel post, wtf?
Social: Long seems to talk to a lot of people and hasn't really settled on anybody he is 'close' to. Maybe Kaylee, since they both speak Chinese. He's polite as hell but seems to maintain that politeness as an aloof distance to most. Notable exception would be Willow-- definitely some strained things there in their interactions, some argument about magic?
Miscellaneous: Tea junkie. Seems to handle all and any sort of situation with an offer of tea. Possibly has no real social skills, just fakes it with tea and politeness.
[REDACTED]: Nothing I can think of. The Dragon thing is the only thing just cuz it's not really common IC knowledge yet FO SHO but like I said, of everyone in taxon fitz and a few others would be likeliest to piece that one together so I'm fine with it if you want to go there.
