Little Black (Permissions) Book

[rereremembered]

Fitz keeps a little black book containing info on everyone in Taxon, because he's a creeper stalker preparing for when the Doctor eventually arrives and will need these details to assemble a crack team of heroes to escape this damn place. He spends a lot of time going over tablet broadcasts and piecing together what everyone's doing, what their skills are, anything extraordinary. Also their social circles because he's a creeper-stalker ingrained social networks are handy.

Basic deets he has on everyone: name as displayed on the map, date of arrival (if he was there for it), brief description of notable physical traits.

More in depth deets he might have learned: aka why this is a permissions post. Note he will ONLY learn this stuff via un-locked transmissions and personal contact; if you haven't threaded with Fitz but want him to know something we can handwave a visit to the pub (or whatever).
ORIGIN: where and when a person is from
SPECIES: if someone is publicly non-human
SKILLS: hobbies, occupations, ~magical abilities~, what folks are good at
CRISIS MANAGEMENT: notes on how people deal when the city goes barmy, Fitz has been around April-September 2010 and February 2011-present, and while his first LBB is gone he still remembers a few things
SOCIAL: who they associate with/relationships; this can be full of rumors, lies, and accidentally stumbled-upon truths because Fitz has a wild imagination
MISCELLANEOUS: any random tidbits which mgiht catch his attention, like their favorite drink or significant individual glitches

Character Name: Party Poison
Arrival Date: 13th of August
Notable Trait: Bright red hair, spouts lingo and paranoid ideology

Origin: Formerly Battery City, nowadays somewhere between Zone 4 and 5, California, 2019
Species: Human
Skills: Excellent shot, incredible strategist, able to calm Kobra Kid down, one hell of a quick thinker, used to scrounging to make anything work/repair just about anything. Pretty much an art school prodigy, one hell of a lyricist and singer?
Crisis Management: Pull out some kit he's hoarded for this exact occasion, gather trusted friends, become a leader.
Social: Lives with Kobra Kid, works with him and Fitz at the Dodgy Jammer, Keeps talking about how 'cool' Gwen Raiden is and how she's ladyjoy material. Relatively upbeat and constantly singing when he feels (relatively) safe.
Miscellaneous: Terrified of 'the ladies of zone 3,' and by proxy regards most women that look like they can kick his ass (which is a lot) with absolute suspicion and some awe. Possibly lost his virginity to a robot. Anything that isn't bolted to the floor gets stolen and hoarded, and any blank wall is fair game for graffiti.
